Ontario College of Art, Toronto

designer & production artist, Typsettra Ltd.,
Toronto.
Learned the basics of typography, hand lettering and mechanical assembly under
typographer Les Usherwood.
1973 - 1977

Art Director, Chatelaine magazine.
Publisher: Maclean-Hunter Ltd. Assisted in the
complete redesign of the magazine for the changeover from letterpress to offset
lithographic printing. Acting art director for most of 1977 while A.D. Evelyn Stoynoff was on leave of absence.
